As the founder and principal consultant of Doré HR Consulting, I’m passionate about delivering customized HR solutions that help organizations stay compliant, build and strengthen workplace culture, and drive operational success.

Bachelor of Arts from Western Michigan University. Major in Psychology and Social Psychology, with a minor in Social Work.
Graduated Cum Laude.
Master of Public Administration from Western Michigan University with a focus in local government.
Member of Pi Alpha Alpha – National Honor Society for Public Affairs and Administration Students

Experience
Kristine's career includes 10+ years as the Human Resources Director, where she led HR initiatives for a public employer of 800+ employees. In addition, she served as the Administrator of a local Prosecuting Attorney’s office for over 10 years, providing guidance on policy development, and HR-related matters.
Kristine has worked side-by-side with leaders to navigate employment law matters, refresh outdated policies, build employee performance programs, and tackle complex employee challenges. With a deep understanding of employment law, talent management, and leadership development, she helps organizations create workplaces where people feel valued, supported, and aligned with the mission and goals of the organization.
Accomplishments
Led in-depth analysis to evaluate and assess data and generate detailed statistical reports on different HR-related issues and topics.
Designed, developed, and introduced a new performance evaluation system and implemented employee engagement and employee benefits surveys.
Received the Silver-Level Veteran Friendly Workplace Award for building and maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment for our veterans.
Received the Prosecutor’s Staff Achievement Award - Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan.
